Thanks a lot for your valuable advice it really do clear many things to me.

I dont wanna soud demanding but if you can give me a sencere clear opinion about the following ........you will save me a lot of wasted time trying to figure out how to approach my profile.

I see my carreer as a sales and busineess development proffesional.

starting from my early days as a sales person till i am managing teams of more than 15 sales personal.

I regard My proffession as to organize , plan motivate and coach and get results ( Money).

My point of view was to grap different experiences of selling and promoting different products and services in different fields(Industrial - financial services - Insurance - Hospitality - and finally consultancy.)

so from my personal point of view my carreer was sales and Business development focused.

How do you see this sencere point of view is it weak in the eyes of an admission officer.......Help

Yezz,

Yes, the theme "sales and business development" does make your career experiences (i.e., many industries) come into focus. However, when you say:

"I regard My proffession as to organize , plan motivate and coach and get results ( Money). "

I recommend emphasizing the organizing, motivating/coaching, and getting results over the purely money/sales aspect of it for one basic reason: there seems to be a bias against sales in the business schools. You want to emphasize your skills as a manager of people and/or a transformer of organizations rather than as a guy who can make the polished sales pitch and close the deal. Show them that you are much more than "just a salesman."

Good luck,
