I am working full time since 6th July 2011 and my current experience is 4 years 4 months.
By 31st March 2016 my work experience will be 4 years 9 months ..
Will i be eligible for this program ??
On XLRI website they have written , one must have minimum 5 years of managerial/supervisal experience.
Please help with this.

Hi adityadon,
The best way to know more about this would be contacting the ADCOM of the school.
The ADCOMs sometimes can be a bit lenient on the work ex front.
