you can describe your role and how English is the main language used professionally. Reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Add more details in terms of examples.

Depending on school they may request you to take TOEFL/English language test, unless you work for organization in English speaking countries like UK, USA, Australia, South Africa, Singapore etc. It may be tough to substantiate for other countries. Why not check with the Admission office of the schools you wish to attend, as each schools have different policies(MIT, Yale, INSEAD etc waive them if your medium of undergraduate instructions was English) ? Drop an email to the school checking if they need any information from you.
