use keywords and hire a consultant who has good ratio of success

Analyse all the co-curricular activities you have taken part while in school/college, any positions you held in college, skills like dancing or anything.... write down all the points, whether you feel it not worthy or worthy. Then slightly exaggerate on these points such that it shows you have good leadership and team spirit. Try to incorporate metrics wherever possible, for eg x % increase in y due to your z contribution. Trust me, YOU DONT NEED A CONSULTANT. I too thought I would not be able to do all these alone, but I got shortlisted for ESSEC interview. You also can!

Anyone had interview from Singapore campus.

I had an interview with france campus. The panel was really welcoming. They had really pointed questions for me from my resume and if you are quantifying anything on resume, they are asking how did come up with the actual math. And also they make sure that my questions were answered. I am satisfied with how the interview went through, but still not clear on how the results will turn out. Efforts matter anyways we dont have say in the results. Can anyone share their interview experiences?

It was all conversational, yes there were standard questions but most of the interview was all about grilling & roasting my resume. For example i had mentioned efficiency parameters such as increased profitability by 200%, so i was asked a question how did i calculate it and math behind it and another instance LVMH Board memeber was on the panel and i had something mentioned in my essays about exploitation of luxury brands and may the member got a bit triggered and actually had a few really pointed questions asking explanations !! But they were really welcoming the answers and shared their view as well and i think that's because the motto of the interview was knowing the candidate not grilling him.
