Can you please evaluate my chances at the schools that I have shortlisted and I would really appreciate it if you can answer my question.

Demographic: Indian/IT/Male;
Age: 25
Education:
Engineer from a good (non-IIT) college from India with top 10% class rank.
Experience:
I would have more than 3.5 years of full time experience at the time of starting MBA in Fall 2006. I have been working in a top Indian IT company for a leading telecom client in the US. I worked my first year in India and have been working from the client location in USA since.
Career Progression:
I have been consistently getting the highest rating in the annual appraisal
Recently recommended for early promotion
Was awarded the Star of the Month in the category of excellence in my company
Extracurricular Activities:
Was elected as the executive member of my Electronics Engineering department in my college in my freshman year and then went on to become the Joint Secretary in Junior year and eventually becoming the General Secretary of the Society. It's a highly responsible position. My responsibility included among others chairing the steering committee for the inter-collegiate technical symposium and chief Editor of the journal published by the Department.
Was the active member of the extracurricular umbrella in my college. Actively participating in sports and dramatics.
Was the Chief Editor of the Annual College Magazine and the Monthly Newspaper.
Play the guitar and was rhythm guitarist in a small band in college which didn't really pick up
Initiated the relationship with United Way in my company in Denver and Minneapolis and have volunteered for several activities.
Alumni coordinator of the Social Service Wing of my undergrad college. Actively involved in fund-raising for a new NGO that we've setup. Currently the social service wing has taken up a project in rural India to educate and provide real-world skills to children for them to do well for themselves. Addressing to the issues around school dropouts.
Started the creativity and communication club at work place. These two have grown into popular clubs at the India office.
Started the dramatics club and attempted to revive the music club at work
Awards:
Senior year project was awarded the Best project award in college and was nominated for the National level awards given by IIT.
Was awarded the Best All-rounder award in the graduating year in high school. The high school is considered one of the best in the country
Goals:
Short term goal is to get into a leading Management consulting firm.
Long term goal is to start up my own Management and Technology consulting firm in South Asia concentrating on the Government Services.
Eventually would like to be a member of the National Advisory council in the Prime Minister's Office in the Government of India. Contributing in the policy making and strategy decision for the country.
Target Schools:
Stanford, MIT, Dartmouth, INSEAD, Duke
Can you pease evaluate my chances at these schools. I am a little nervous about my career goals and how the B-schools would perceive it. Can you please let me know your thoughts on this.
