I have 15 months experience in Adani Power Limited,4 months in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited,62 months experience in ONGC Limited(Electrical Maintenance Engineer)
Xth-90.4
XII-88.6
B.Tech(2011)-8.51/10
My target is ISB.
Regarding extracurriculars,I have Merit certificate in Class XII,Even got scholarships every year during my engineering..
Held secretary position during college time.
What GMAT score based on my profile...can favour me to join ISB ??
Please advise if anything can be done to improve my profile.

While your past scores look decent, there is much more to a profile.
It would help better if you can mention more around your career progression, work related achievements (read here to know what matters in a profile in ISB admissions).
Also, what extracurricular activities have you done during your work life. College/School activities do not carry much weight unless you have achieved something spectacular.
Lastly, the most critical element is clarity and fit of career goals with ISB. What is your compelling reason to pursue an MBA? That will highly decide you chances. You can add to your research by reading here.
Since the info given is more 'quantitative' in nature I can give you a generic advice that aim for a 720+ to stand out from other applicants.
However, I'm sure you are not looking for a generic advice. For that share qualitative info as mentioned above) or feel free to get in touch.
