How old is your GMAT score? If it will be five years or older by the time you apply, then you'll need to take it again. Otherwise, you may want to try again to boost your quant score.
My only other thought on your profile is that hopefully, in your community service or on the jobs, you were able to demonstrate some leadership (leading an event, creating a new program, etc.) rather than just showing up and attending events.
