hi ,
I have over 9 years of experience but mostly in RnD.
Is it better for me to look for exec MBA or normal MBA.
In singapore, Chicago GBS provides a 21 mths exec program but I am afraid I would need a more solid foundation before I can join it. My feeling is that most of people taking that program would be managers/senior managers who would have prior business experience.
Appreciate your thoughts ?

Yes, and Executive MBA is usually for people with a good deal of management experience. If you have experience leading people or running a business in some way, then an EMBA could make sense for you. If not, consider a full-time MBA or a part-time MBA.
