Hi
sanjgc, you are part of a pretty overrepresented group and the GMAT is weak as compared to competitors, for the top programs. If you want to attend a program that requires a test score, I would suggest you hire a verbal tutor to help bring that up a bit. However there are other ways to demonstrate your communication skills.
You might consider applying to a program that does NOT require a GMAT - including Kellogg, Ross, Stern, MIT, Cornell, and Duke GEMBA.
I would recommend you work with a consultant to help you articulate what makes you special and distinct against all the other Canada-based Indian IT EMBA applicants. For the EMBA, grades and test scores take a back seat to work experience, specifically - CONTRIBUTION.
You will need to identify and articulate any and all ways you will contribute to the cohort, your small group, as an alum, etc. And have your recommenders speak to examples of this start to finish; recommendations are very important for EMBA.

Hi, I am planning to go for Executive MBA course. Based on the following profile, please advise which school should I target in US/Canada? Is the profile good enough for top 15 Business schools in the US?
Profile:
Work Experience: 14 years (IT / Technology Consulting)
Current work location: Canada; Native: India
GMAT Score: 650 (Q: 48; V:31; IR: 5)
Education: Engineering (Bachelors), GPA: 4.12 / 5
Any inputs would be much appreciated. Thanks!
