Expert Global Test - Payment done but did not recieve the test

Question

Sorry to bother you guys. But I am encountering this error message when I log in to the expertglobal website.

Is it usual? Is there usually a delay?

I bought the 15 tests from an advertisement link here at the GMAT Club. I paid 50 dollars and got a confirmation SMS about the deduction of money from my bank. Did anyone face this problem?

Sorry, i am not very familiar with the Experts Global purchase process.... but this does not seem common - I have not seen people mention it before.

Have you gotten in touch with them? Perhaps something with the billing system (for whatever reason we have 2-3% of purchases not properly communicated by the billing system and it does not get activated).

P.S. Also check your email confirmation for any special instructions. Sometimes you have to click a link or activate a code

I posted in 1st screen shot the e-mail no instruction or link there. And the 2nd screenshot is the error message in the expert global site. I believe its an error but no one is responding at the website.

Just heard back but unfortunately it is Sunday night and people are off but they said they will be in touch in 12 hours or so with access. It seems it is a payment gateway issue. (As suspected). Unfortunately these happen.

Sorry for the trouble you faced. Unfortunately, such payment gateway issues do occur in a small proportion of enrollments.

I don't know where you come from or what you are comparing it to, but this is a WEEKEND. If this were a bank, you would not hear till Monday! What are you saying is scary? This is not a life and death situation.

My reply, "Scary Support" is directed to that website. It is due to I have purchase a lot of things online. They have no online support at all. I posted in their website, emailed etc. My experience is digital things like codes/apps are delivered instantly.

And yes your support was awesome. You replied within seconds of my post, even if it was not related to Gmat club, as far as I remember. Must be very busy person you are, I have seen your profile. I followed many of your post and have improved a lot from the posts here in Gmat Club.

My name is Neha Chandrachud and I bought the Experts Global 15mock bundle last week.

I have given two mocks and today is the 2nd time this is happening.
I can see that I had marked different answers while solving the mock and I see different options marked when I am reviewing.

For example, this is the 1st question in Mock3- QR.
I had marked Option A but it shows E here.

Please help resolve this issue at the earliest as I have my exam in next 7 days.
