My reply, "Scary Support" is directed to that website. It is due to I have purchase a lot of things online. They have no online support at all. I posted in their website, emailed etc. My experience is digital things like codes/apps are delivered instantly.

And yes your support was awesome. You replied within seconds of my post, even if it was not related to Gmat club, as far as I remember. Must be very busy person you are, I have seen your profile. I followed many of your post and have improved a lot from the posts here in Gmat Club.
