Just heard back but unfortunately it is Sunday night and people are off but they said they will be in touch in 12 hours or so with access. It seems it is a payment gateway issue. (As suspected). Unfortunately these happen.

I don't know where you come from or what you are comparing it to, but this is a WEEKEND. If this were a bank, you would not hear till Monday! What are you saying is scary? This is not a life and death situation.

My reply, "Scary Support" is directed to that website. It is due to I have purchase a lot of things online. They have no online support at all. I posted in their website, emailed etc. My experience is digital things like codes/apps are delivered instantly.

bb, I dont really know how to reply to specific comments yet.

And yes your support was awesome. You replied within seconds of my post, even if it was not related to Gmat club, as far as I remember. Must be very busy person you are, I have seen your profile. I followed many of your post and have improved a lot from the posts here in Gmat Club.

I bought full access program today on 29th January 2021 however I am not able to access the account.I paid 13000 rupees.The amount has also been debited from my bank account.However I am getting the message that my access has expired today but I activated my access today itself please resolve this matter as 13000 rupees means alot to me

You mentioned in an above post that the problem had been rectified, but unfortunately, I encountered the same problem today. I purchased the 15 test and received confirmation of payment from both Experts' Global and my bank, but still cannot access the test.

Dear ExpertsGlobal5, Maxximus,
My name is Neha Chandrachud and I bought the Experts Global 15mock bundle last week.

I have given two mocks and today is the 2nd time this is happening.
I can see that I had marked different answers while solving the mock and I see different options marked when I am reviewing.

For example, this is the 1st question in Mock3- QR.
I had marked Option A but it shows E here.

Please help resolve this issue at the earliest as I have my exam in next 7 days.

HI,
I purchased (on 16th June) $50- 2months access 15 mock test program from Expert global site. After activation- while i was watching a video of calculation shortcuts- i automatically got logged out. While trying re-login- it is showing expired. I still have complete 2 months access. Need help urgently.
