I am currently enrolled in a pt online MBA program and have applied to a ft program because the online one wasnt doing it for me in terms of networking. I’ve sent a transcript from the online program though did not think to mention the online program in the app since the credits wouldn’t transfer. Should I message the adcom explaining the situation and the extra transcript?

If you have already sent the transcript to the adcom then a word of clarification would definitely serve its purpose. If you hadn't told them about the online MBA at all, then it would be a different thing.
However, in the current scenario, better to make them aware than leave them guessing on what the transcript might be.
