Hey Simba2012,
Thanks for reaching out to me. To be completely honest with you, significant extracurriculars are not a critical component to your EMBA candidacy. The reality is that the nature of EMBA students means that EMBA programs cater to older students who have more professional and family responsibilities. EMBA adcoms know that reality. Additionally, EMBA programs are tremendous money makers for business schools, and when you have a qualified professional with a decent GMAT score and GPA, it's hard to turn down a bird in hand.
Respectfully,
Paul Lanzillotti

Hi Paul,
Do we need to show Extracurricula activities for executive MBA programs? specifically Kellog Executive MBA program? I thought Full time program stresses on Extracurricula, gmat score etc but executive programs stress on work experience, recos etc. What if one does not have that much Extracurricula activities will that be considered as negative point on executive mba application? can you shed some light?
