Hey folks
I would really appreciate feedback from the group on my profile :
Class 10th (state board) -- 89.5%
Class 12th (state board) -- 86%
Graduation (B.E.Hons) from BITS PILANI -- 5.96/10
Total Work Ex (as of Jul 2018) - 6 years
I started as a software engineer at Genpact (8 months)
Worked as a program manager for a social org. (1 year)
Worked for a startup (banking and fin-tech) in Mexico (1.5 year) as Product Manager
Working as a Senior Product Manager for a startup in India (for 2.5 years now)
I have decent experience (fellowships) and done interesting side projects in social space
Industries : Startups, Fin-Tech, Health-Tech, Social Enterprise
GMAT Scheduled next month. Target score : 710 + (I am currently at 650)
I am targeting UK schools (Judge, Said, Imperial) and INSEAD. What are my chances for round 1 and round 2 if I hit the target score?

I would recommend you to aim for 730+ to compensate for low undergrad scores and to balance the lack of diversity (Indian IT Male)- especially for the likes of Judge and INSEAD.
In the info given there are a lot of missing pieces. You may wish to read here what makes a complete profile.
Breaking down your profile-
1. Acads- Average to weak. Will need a strong GMAT to offset the same.
2. Work Ex- Key achievements and missing- your schools are more interested in your career story and impact on the business that a list of roles. Also you will need to show business impact rather than technical impact considering you come from the biggest pool of applicants.
3. Diversity- Indian. IT. Male. Only your extracurricular activities can save you here
. Please mention this.
4. Career goals- This, my friend, is the most critical part of your application. What are your career goals and why is an MBA and absolute necessity to reach said goals? Again missing info.
To sum it up, you will need to have a spike in at least 3 out of 4 of the above mentioned factors to get a call from your list of schools.
I don't see a spike due to missing info (Work Achievements, Career Goals & Diversity) or average performance (Acads & Diversity).

Hi Abhishek
- Your undergrad score is low, and that will be a red flag. A high GMAT score is important. Target 720 and above. The higher the better. Schools such as Said and INSEAD are quite sensitive on these aspects.
- While there was some flux in your profile earlier, the last few years have been consistent in product management. The fellowships provide important leadership exposure. The international experience is there, and it is a big plus.
- A bit curious about your school selection. You have Imperial there, but not LBS. Would also suggest you add IMD to the list.
