Female Engineer with Average GPA/GMAT - HBS worthy?

Hi Veritas Prep,
I recently spoke to a consultant from a different firm and expressed concerns to him about my academic profile. I have a below-average GPA (78% or ~3.5ish overall, but 83% or ~3.8ish in my last two years) and my most recent GMAT practice test was a 710 (Q44, V44 - low quant). He said that neither of these scores are red flags because my being a "female engineer" is an immediate thumbs up in terms of analytical prowess. I found it difficult to rationalize that in my own head, but wanted to ask another consultant on their opinions. I only have 3 months left to take the GMAT, but while I'm aiming for a 750 and at least Q47, realistically, I may not be able to achieve higher than a 710 or Q44.
Besides my stats, the rest of my profile is stellar, I'm an underrepresented minority, first-generation college student, top 2 Canadian undergrad, tons of international experience, speak 5 languages, entrepreneur and non profit cofounder, ex-FAANG with amazing recommenders and strong essay writing skills, etc etc. Am I the type of applicant that should apply to Deferred MBA programs at schools like HBS, Yale SOM, Stanford GSB?
Thanks in advance!!
