Hi Paul,
Please give me your opinion on my candidacy - I am in the process of applying but your feedback will help me decide whether I should not bother with some of these schools...and whether I should add a couple
Female / US citizen

GPA 3.05, top 20 US public school
BS in management science economics & minor in math
low GPA because I worked a lot to pay for school.
GMAT 670
Work exp:
1 year consulting, switched to ibanking part-way through
Ibanking for 3 years, real estate focused, 1 of the 3 years was in Europe
currently working in PE, also real estate focused, on the finance and strategy side (Finance Manager is the role, quite a lot of managerial responsibility)
career interests:
sustainable real estate and clean tech for real estate
entrepreneurship and venture capital
extracirr:
partner in a consulting start up that i helped launch
on the board of a LGBT theater, have been involved in this org for 2 years
part of an investing group for women
founded a book club that has grown to 14 ppl, going for 3+ years
volunteer with a microfinance org
member of several business affiliations in my industry
extensive travel
I am knee-deep in R2 apps for Stanford and Haas, may get pushed to round 3 if I'm not ready to hit submit. I plan to also do R2 for Chicago and R3 for Tuck, and tack on another couple programs if I have time.
