Pre-thinking: Considering that the rivals A & G are ranked the same on two factors that could have possibly impacted their demand (price and ease of use), they should have similar demands. However, since this is not the case, there is certainly some other factor that ranks A over G and is also important enough to have an impact on the demand. Any statement that tells us about this other factor should be correct.

Error Analysis:
1) Should rather increase the appeal of G over A due to a possible role loyalty coming in to the picture
2) Should increase demand for both rivals without a differentiating between the two
3) Should rather increase the appeal of G over A since it is more pertinent in the future
4) Irrelevant
5) Here's our differentiating factor that ranks A over G, CORRECT
