Hi gmatkillerdude,
To start, is the 710 listed in your profile an actual GMAT Score, a practice CAT Score or something else? If it IS an Official GMAT Score and you do have a 710 - then you already have an outstanding Score (it's right around the 90th percentile overall), so you can apply to any Business Schools that interest you. From your post, I am going to assume that it is NOT an Official Score - and that you've taken the GMAT once (with this 620 as the result). Before I can offer you the specific advice that you’re looking for, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
Studies:
1) How long have you studied?
2) What study materials have you used so far?
3) How have you scored on EACH of your CATs (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
4) How many times have you taken the Official GMAT and how did you score on each (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores)?
Goals:
5) What is your Overall Goal Score?
6) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
7) What Schools are you planning to apply to?
