Hello everyone,

I have recently been admitted to both of these great programs and having difficulty to choose. The scholarship given by Carlson is very enticing as per the current job market, however the brand Fuqua is too good. Fuqua also provides accelerated MBA option in the future but the tuition cost is too high. Carlson is risk adverse option while Fuqua while risky has great opportunities as well.

Any inputs would help me out considerably.

Plus I am not sure if I can crack Fuqua next year.

True. Fuqua is also not particularly known to just give away scholarship without something more powerful.

And additionally, we have to produce a way more compelling case than just a competitive offer altogether. I did help a client get an increase in scholarship in Duke with the Early action admit (Where you literally have only one offer- Duke).

So, Duke is certainly possible but you may have to take a different approach to negotiate a little more
