When reviewing the OG you see that the passages show line numbers down the side of the paragraphs. Does the actual GMAT exam show the same?

No they don't. And I find practicing RC on GMATClub directory to be 10x more productive, and closer to what the real deal will be atleast a bit.

there will be no line numbers along the side of the paragraphs in actual GMAT test.
However in some RC passages, GMAC might use bold text to highlight some part of the passage and there will be a question related to this bold text
