Hi. This is a fairly common situation these days as many tests get flagged for secondary review. Congratulations on your score by the way!
1. First of all, you’re not alone and this is not your fault. This is just a normal security check.
2. Some schools require you to submit the scores before they can accept the application which is sort of new in the last few years, but many programs will only need your unofficial score entered in the application and you actually do not need to send your final score for a few weeks and it’s OK if it makes it there a few weeks late.
3. If Ross for example does not require you to submit official score ahead of time to accept the application, you can just submit that application and then in a week or two when your other score becomes a reportable, you can share it. It won’t take 20 days usually it’s much faster in my experience
4. If there is a program that does require you to submit a score ahead of time to submit your application, you’ll need to email them and just mention that your score of 675 has been unfortunately flagged for review but that you have taken the test and will share it as soon as it’s available and ask them if there is a option to submit it later as you’re not able at this time. You can send them a screenshot of appointment in your account or anything else and I’m pretty sure they’ll be just fine because you’re definitely not alone. I would mention that you already have a score and you were just trying to retake it as the first attempt was below your expectations and perhaps this attempt is also not quite representative of your abilities....
