In the middle of application cycle I felt why not give GMAT another shot as I have taken it only once. I opted for Verbal Quant order this time as Online exam didn't give a choice. Hardly prepared for this one as my last GMAT was just 50 days ago.
I felt I did Quant really well this time compared to last time and was super confident of a 51. Was disappointed that I got 50 again. I would have preferred the same 760 with a Q51V42
The test center experience was good. For online I had to worry about lot of pre-test preparation, whereas for test center all I had to do was carry my ID and a banana for energy. I made use of the break between sections as well which was missing in the Online test.
I believe this is the end of my GMAT journey and fairly satisfied with the score. It would have been a mighty disappointment if I ended up with the same score or lower score. The 10 point jump was a relief.
I would suggest fellow test takers who took only once and scored a decent score to give it another shot as there is very little downside to it. We can cancel the score if it is not satisfactory, on the other hand any bump in the score is a positive.
Best wishes to fellow GMAT takers!
