You need to improve your profile substantially if you want to get in any decent business schools beginning with your GMAT score. Since you have a low GPA, you will need a need a significantly higher GMAT to make up for it. You have improved your score in the past, give it another shot and try scoring above 720.
Tell me more about your work experience. What kind of projects you worked on in these four years? How was your performance and why did you leave your job? Having a gap in your resume can put your application at a great disadvantage. What have you been doing since April? If you are not employed, I would suggest you to be involved in volunteer work.
Tell me about your post MBA goals and whether you want pursue general MBA or MBA with a specialization so I can suggest you a schools. Do you want to work in tech after MBA or enter a different field?
For now, I would suggest you to focus on retaking GMAT and filling the gap in your resume. You can go through this article to get an idea about how you to show a gap in your resume
