I am seeking feedback on whether or not I have a realistic shot at my Target colleges (Given that I am an Indian male )
PFB some details on my profile-
GMAT : 710 (Q48 V39 IR8 AWA5) - Ideally would not want to retake , too much happening at work
Workex : Overall 6 years : Marketing : Consumer Durables/Telecom [ Pretty Solid Marketing/ Business management experience]
Qualifications:
-PGDM (Post Graduate diploma in management ,Tier 2 Bschool India) - Did this as a Fresher
- Non Engineer
Target Bschools : HBS/ Stanford/ Wharton/ LBS/INSEAD & Cambridge Judge
Let's assume that I am able to demonstrate: strong leadership skills & impactful contribution across Work and NGO + a trend of increasing responsibilities (vs peers my age)
Do I have a shot of getting an Interview call from my target schools? Is my GMAT score a show stopper?

Your list of schools is challenging for everyone.
Coming from an over-represented pool (Indian) which is anyway expected to score high on the GMAT, you will be at a disadvantage for anything less than 730 (in these schools).
Moreover, the average GMAT of these schools is higher than yours so you will not stand out anyway.
Now let us come to other factors apart from the GMAT. What does the AdCom look at?
You will need a SPIKE in at least 3 out of the below mentioned 4 factors to stand a fighting chance.
1. Academic Potential- Past scores + GMAT. Average or below average. No Spike.
2. Quality of Work Ex- Now though you have mentioned 'solid' work ex, there is no way to assess whether there is a real spike die to your work ex. More than years/role/industry what will matter is your career progression, achievements and real business impact. If that is really (as you say) 'solid' then you may have a spike. Tough to say with the info provided. If you think you are very strong compared to an average applicant at these schools then award yourself a spike here.
3. Diversity- Indians are anyway at some disadvantage here. So how do you compensate here- by really differentiating yourself. Show how you are a great addition to the class and your peers will benefit from your presence. Your work ex, learning, extracurricular activities will help here. Again you have mentioned that you can display 'leadership' and 'impact' here. Tough to say based on this one sentence, but just like above- If you think you are very strong compared to an average applicant at these schools then award yourself a spike here.
4. Clarity of Goals- What are your post MBA goals and why is an MBA an absolute necessity to achieve these goals? This is the most critical piece of the admission puzzle and unfortunately you have not mentioned anything here. Things become slightly more difficult with your previous MBA (PGDM) as you will be expected to show even more compelling reason as to why you need a 2nd MBA. Your clarity here can make you stand out. No info. No feedback my friend.
Now look at all of the four factors above and ask- do you see a spike in 3 out of four? If yes, you have a fighting chance.
Due to lack of info I can't comment, but only recommend to re-take the GMAT and aim for minimum 730+.
Will that mean that your shortlisted schools are realistic? No, one would still need the missing info to answer that.

The schools you are looking at are Stretch programs for even those with a 770 and a 780 on the GMAT and are attainable for even those with a 650 (provided they have certain elements in their profile that are absolutely stellar and differentiating).
From the limited information that you have shared with us, we have not quite come across anything that really adds the differentiating element to your profile. Thus, considering you belong to an over-represented pool of Indian applicants and are applying for a second MBA (both limiting factors in your profile), we strongly recommend a GMAT retake. While a score upwards of 740 too cannot guarantee an interview call, it will be a way of boosting your chances and offsetting your limitations.
