Hi,
Can you please evaluate my profile:
Indian/Female/24 years
GMAT: 720 (Q49/V40/IR 8) Yet to receive the AWA score
Education: Chemical Engineering from a reputed Indian University (I decided work in the IT sector later)
GPA: 7.77/10
Professional Experience:
3+ years of experience as a Software Engineering Analyst at Accenture. (One promotion during this period. Another expected in 6 months' time). I am working as a quality assurance analyst with a financial services client.
Extra-curricular:
I've been a part the mentor-ship programme for the new joiners in the company for 2 years. I have also been a part of a team which organizes various co-curricular activities at work.
College: Organized the College fest
School: Was the head girl in 10th grade. I have organized and hosted the school Annual day 3 years in a row.
Target Schools:
CMU - Tepper
Ross
Haas
McCombs
Anderson
ISB - India
Financial Aid: Required
I have not finalized the list of schools i would be applying to. Please suggest a few you think i would have a good chance of getting into.

Hi,
Your profile looks pretty good for the schools you have mentioned. However you will have to concentrate on your application essays to make the cut. As you know, all the schools you have mentioned are highly competitive and you will have to work hard to reflect the best of you to the admissions committee. Try and apply in the Early decision round or R1 and it will increases your chances of getting the admission and also scholarship.
