Bangladesh, Male, 24 years old.
GMAT: GMAT 730 (Q47, V44),
Undergraduate: Top Bangladeshi University, Major: Marketing, CGPA 3.26 (US Standard) and quant courses GPA are not good.
Work Experience: 3 Years (full-time) in infrastructure development (local firm, while at university)
Recommendation: Could manage strong professors and upper management
Extracurricular: Highly involved and had presidential role
I will be applying one year after out of college.
Target School: GSB, Tuck, Johnson and Kenan-Flagger.
What are my chances please?
GMAT: GMAT 730 (Q47, V44),
Undergraduate: Top Bangladeshi University, Major: Marketing, CGPA 3.26 (US Standard) and quant courses GPA are not good.
Work Experience: 3 Years (full-time) in infrastructure development (local firm, while at university)
Recommendation: Could manage strong professors and upper management
Extracurricular: Highly involved and had presidential role
I will be applying one year after out of college.
Target School: GSB, Tuck, Johnson and Kenan-Flagger.

Thanks for reaching out. Honestly you are on the young side for applying now and you may not get the full value of that excellent GMAT with lighter work experience. You may be able to leverage the work and school together if you present it well- I can't tell enough from what you say here. I think your chances at GSB and Tuck are long shots- and I think that Johnson and especially Kenan-Flagler could be better depending on how you present yourself. Certainly having some advising from a firm like ours could help you present as strongly as possible. Solid profile with a strong GMAT, your profile comes across pretty generic and you are a bit young. Your GPA will not stand out especially with weaker quant performance. I would take a stab at applying to Kenan Flagler of the schools listed. Don't see a good fit at the other programs listed.
