Question

HI.....I have a 12 years of experience in Aerospace field, in manufacturing in India.I have scored 610 in GMAT.Which schools in Singapore can i get admitted to?Is it worth going for MBA after this experience?

Hi,

1. I work in mid-managerial position as production manager in Aircraft structure building.I have worked in Government organisation in same sector for 4.5 years and working in private organisation for 7 years.
2. Secured 74.6% in intermediate and 2.48% in Engineering graduation
3. 610 (V31,Q48).Don't remember score in integrated reasoning.I cancelled the score , so did not get score for essay.
4. To have an understanding of subjects such as economics,and other fields 
5. To move to top most position in the organisation in long term (10 years)

Thank you for your reply. An executive MBA might be better suited for your profile based on your experience and your professional goals. If you choose to go that route (EMBA), you can look at NUS or NBS. You might also want to consider retaking the GMAT and increasing your overall score by 30+ points to give you an opportunity to strengthen your profile.

I have one more question.Does experience of more than 10 years reduces the chances of admission for EMBA in B-schools?

Actually, an EMBA is geared toward candidates in middle management/ executive roles. Typically, one is eligible to apply for an EMBA once he/she has reached 9-10 years of experience.
