:-) Yep! It is almost Halloween... We have also made tests available earlier today!

They are open now. As a reminder, please review your mistakes during this 24 hour process as access to questions and explanations will go away on Nov 1st and will require a subscription.

Hello!

Thank you so much for free access club tests! Much appreciated!

I have a slightly technical issue. When I completed the test I want to download the results either pdf or excel.
I downloaded the excel document. I open it, the following alert appears 'Excel cannot open the file {name of the file} because the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has nit been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file.'
Any clue how to solve it?

Also pdf doesn't work, it just simply opens a web browser tab with 'error' witten on it.

Thanks for reporting this issue. The PDF/excel export feature has been updated and is undergoing testing at the moment. We should be able to release it within a few days.
Thanks for your patience and sorry about the wait.

Meanwhile, we do have free tests on the 25th of December!
