Correct use of reluctant is “reluctant to”
Hence between answer choice (A) and (D), (A) has parallelism error.
So correct answer choice is (D)

C. Indians were more reluctant about fighting with the British colonists than were --> Incorrect. reluctant about is incorrect idiomatic usage. reluctant to is the right usage.

D. Indians were more reluctant to fight with the British colonists than with --> Correct. comparison is done right. 'fight with British colonists' with 'fight with Arabs'.
