Due to this problem, I could not see the question on time and I saw the question at 12:32 pm EDT (9:32 am). Hence, I lost 50 points for no reason! I have been telling this to everyone, but have not got any response on that day. Anyways, I have to content with the result now.

I am sorry about the outage we had on Friday. I can assure you that you were not treated any differently from anyone else - it is not like the problem targeted just you... the good news is that you are 80 points below the next candidate, so a 50 change would make no difference.
