Hi! I have my exam in 2 days. Do you have any last-minute suggestions or advice on what I should focus on over the next couple of days?
Also, I’d really appreciate any guidance on managing the overwhelming nature of the exam especially how to avoid re-reading questions. Would love to hear any strategies you recommend for pacing and staying composed throughout the exam.
I would recommend just going through your
error log and mocks to cut down on any silly mistakes. Apart from that, be aware of making educated guesses early if you’re running behind the clock. Pace yourself while reading the question and stay fully concentrated on that question so you don’t lose your train of thought and end up rereading the same thing again. Also, don’t overthink your performance during the test, whether it’s about the last question, the upcoming question, or what your current score might be, as that can mess up your timing. Last but not least, go in with the mindset of getting right what you know rather than trying to get everything the test throws at you. That way, you can confidently come out knowing you gave it your best.
