Same here but I’ve seen things all over the place. They also change their internal procedures and we only get to know it after the fact. I see the 3 to 5 days for the first time honestly so I’m not sure when that got updated...
They also have some lag in their systems which usually gets straightened out in about 24 hours. It’s a test center so should be pretty reliable
