It's a good resource, and you can absolutely use the CR and RC questions to prep for the verbal section of the current GMAT (no SC). As for quant, focus on PS and don't do any geometry. Some of the DS questions may also be good for DI.

For CR and RC, yes there is a specific "GMAT Advanced" tag that you can use to filter for these question.
However there is no such tag in PS sub-forum. But that's not a big issue, as you can get much more "Hard" questions from either GMAT Club Test or GMAT Prep (Classic).
