GMAT  Official  Guide 2017 Errata -  OG  2017 Mistakes

Wiley and GMAC have released the Official Guide errata/mistake list. This one is much longer than those in the past (some editions did not have one at all). It is surprising that so many typos, mistakes, and pure errors crept into the guide. I am attaching the document shared.

P.S. GMAT/Wiley have also offered to replace all of the OG's free of charge or get a refund. Take advantage of this if you can - either get your money back or get a new copy if you are still studying in Sept.

There are a couple of mistakes in the 2017 Quantitative Review as well. The Question 171 is different from the Answer Explanation.

GMAC-2017 OG Chp 4 quadratic error.pdf Page 123 OG 2017 Chapter 4 replacement, is this also an error in the replacement document? They list two equations for the quadratic formula , showing different things under the square root; one has -b+\sqrt{b^2 - 4ac}, one has -b-\sqrt{b^2 + 4ac}. Please see the attached pdf of the specific page.

Not to the best of my knowledge. It's the 2017 that had a lot of errors.
