Hi manhooskutta,

As bb and desertEagle have mentioned, this isn't a problem.

All the best.

Hi Everyone,

I have registered for my GMAT Offline Exam and paid the $275 fees as well.
I will be taking it next month in September, a little late I know.
I have selected Ansal University in Gurgaon as my test center.

I have one doubt about my Passport. It is valid till 2025 and has my correct name, date of birth, and signature.
The only thing is the address is an old one and I have moved to a different city.
It's because my family moved between different locations due to the nature of my father's job.

During registration, I gave my current address. And this address is also there on my aadhar card, but aadhar card is not a valid ID as per GMAC.

Will I face issues because of an old address on my passport?
Please help and advise if you have any knowledge.

Thanks
I am worried I might not be allowed to take the exam  :silent:

Dont worry.. there is same problem with my passport... both addresses are different... It doesnt matter.

desertEagle did you give the GMAT already? if yes then was the address that you gave while creating the mba dot com profile and during registration different from the one on your passport?

Apologies for bothering you again :please:

Hi //gmatclub dot com 443/forum/memberlist .php?mode = viewprofile&un = manhooskutta]manhooskutta,

Thanks AjiteshArun. Just one more query. My picture is a bit old as well (I did not have facial hair back when i got my passport). Thing is passport is one document which does not get frequently updated, and one of my seniors who is in ESSEC Business School in France mentioned that passport is thoroughly checked.

I can confirm that one can recognise that its me in the picture after looking for 3-4 seconds at the passport.
But its just a bit old

Rest of the details are clearly visible like name, date of birth and signature.

Hi manhooskutta,

I agree with what has been said. Your different addresses won't be a problem.

That is exactly what desert eagle said.
It does not matter if the address is different. It does not matter if it was the same or different when he/she created the profile. Also, it is OK if your shirt in the photo on your passport is different from the shirt you’ll be wearing at the test center.

You really don’t need to ask the same question multiple times after it has been answered three times 😬

Hi manhooskutta,

Not a problem if they can recognise you. If they can't, they may (a) ask for another ID, like a driving licence or (b) not allow you to take the exam (I don't think this happens often).
