I too had this terrible experience yesterday, I also asked for reschedule and have written mail to Pearson and raised issue on GMAT page. But has anybody got any resolution? How long should I wait for response?
Hi SonamRa,From start to finish, it could take 1-2 weeks, maybe more. Call them up if you haven't already.

Ahhh! I faced a similar issue today. I had all the system checks in place and had ensured that the ES Secure browser demo is running fine.
But, when the Proctor tried to launch the real browser, it couldn't launch.
Thus, I was unable to appear for the test.
I have written to GMAC, will wait for their reply. But, I guess I have to wait for 16 days before scheduling another attempt, which is so unfortunate!

It has been 9 days, I haven't received any reply. But my result is updated as Technical Error on the MBA.com website.
