Hi SonamRa,

From start to finish, it could take 1-2 weeks, maybe more. Call them up if you haven't already.

Ahhh! I faced a similar issue today. I had all the system checks in place and had ensured that the ES Secure browser demo is running fine.
But, when the Proctor tried to launch the real browser, it couldn't launch.
Thus, I was unable to appear for the test.
I have written to GMAC, will wait for their reply. But, I guess I have to wait for 16 days before scheduling another attempt, which is so unfortunate! :(

It has been 9 days, I haven't received any reply. But my result is updated as Technical Error on the MBA.com website.

You can take an exam again. In teh My Account tab - your exam would be shown as Technical issue . So you can take offline exam.

You should receive your response by 1-2 weeks. If you don't receive mail within 2 weeks or in a hurry then call the customer service directly. In some cases calling the customer service works faster than exchanging emails.

Sadly, The customer service number for India is not reachable.

Write an email everyday - no. Those emails as reminder 1, reminder 2..
Tweet them.. though they are not very active on twitter.. but my issue did get resolved in 20 days

They are not very active on US no. Also.. once a friend of mine in US called on my behalf and he was on hold for like 30 min when he had to disconnect ultimately

My Sister is giving exam right now and facing issue of not able to enter again in the exam. She called me because I filled her form. It was quite frustrating for her, I can sense from her voice.
I don't have any idea what should I ask her to do.
