It's obviously better than before when only online whiteboard was allowed but I still feel that a lot of complications occur due to technical difficulties and it is kind of dependent on who is your proctor. Online GMAT has it's own advantages and disadvantages.

Can anyone kindly list down all the limitations possible with a physical whiteboard?
Also, is there any specific method mentioned, for using the physical whiteboard during the test? (hanging it on the wall below, using it freely etc)

Thanks!

I have my GMAT exam tomorrow (29th Aug) and I am going to use a physical whiteboard for the same. I bought one which has a whiteboard on one side and chalkboard on the other, will that be allowed?
I am only going to use whiteboard side for the exam, but is having a chalkboard on the other side a problem?

Appreciate a quick response!
Thanks :)

No, it is not a problem. You will be just fine with your whiteboard that has a chalkboard on the back of it. Just make sure it is clear if any writing on the back side.

I have a whiteboard (45*60-including the frame), which is a bit bigger than the one mentioned in the specifications. I had mailed them a query regarding this, over a month back. Two days back, I finally received a reply, which was the exact copy-paste of the specifications from the website.
I literally got no other options for whiteboard (My area is under a lockdown & I also can't order from online-stores)
I had mentioned my situation in the mail, only to receive a reply which addressed none of my queries.
bb , what do you think I should do?

Yeah, the exam was smooth. They didn't ask anything regarding the chalk side. I just had to show both sides clean to them.
