I took the GMAT on 17th October and till today the GMAT score status is pending. I saw my unofficial score after the exam but I still haven't received my official score. I also received email from examity that my exam is delivered successfully.
Should I be worried? Can anyone please share how I can get in touch with the GMAC customer care.

You should be receiving your score soon. If you do not get it by later next week then give the folks at GMAC a call to see what is going on.
