ok so we can take one of the possibility which is OOOO - here the O can take 3 values (1,3,5) so it will be 3^4
same thing for EEEE - E will take any one of these 3 values (2,4,6) so it will be 3^4
now we have the 3rd possibility which is EEOO - 4! /2!2! = 6 and each E and O can have 3 values so the total for this case is 6 * 3^2 *3^2 = 6 *3^4
and as we discussed the total possibility is 6^4
So this will be the long method where u write each outcome.

The visualisation method involves the number of ways we can get the outcome irrespective of the number

the main thing was i didn't consider the values because it doesn't matter the end result was it must add up to an even number so the working was small but here it will take some time because we are taking the values also into consideration
Yes visualisation method was easier
Thanks!

I also read that no matter the number of cubes, the number of odd or even outcomes will be same as 1/2

Anyone already shifted or planning to shift to GRE from GMAT due to unsatisfactory scores on GMAT?

question - if you skip a question you don’t know in DI and randomly mark an option to not waste time and then come back and mark correct - how does that impact your score?

Secondly if you complete the section ahead of time - do you get extra points/percentile?

3) I wrote a review on one of the mocks I purchased it has been more than 7 days - but no joy in points - how to track that
