Can someone help - I sometimes get confused which is a far fetched inference and whihc is valid

the reason I marked last as false - becuase this was for real estate and not finance sector - so this could be an over thinking for part 2 I marked false as the SEarch does not shows any correlation b/w search and demand It talks about correlation with sales So since there is no directo support I marked false - Answer is False, True, True where is my thinking going wrong - I am trying since 1 year - still stuck below 650
