Hi Dukandaar,
There are many factors that go into acceptance to top business schools, and the balance between them varies from one school to another, just as what constitutes "top ten" varies from one list to another. That said, you've got several things working working for you, such as the major current employer and your terrific GMAT; we'd want to know more about your community involvements and your post-MBA goals. You might be a bit old for HBS, but other top tens, such as Duke, Ross or Booth, may see a lot that they like. I'd want to see any international exposure and team leadership/impact highlighted, and if you haven't been to visit your goal schools, that would be an important step to take.
Should you go for it? Absolutely -- but apply THIS year.

Can you please elaborate as to why you think I may be too old for Harvard. The average age for Harvard's class this year was 28. Harvard was my top target since the representation of Pakistanis (Not US citizens of Pakistani origin) was very low and I may have a chance on the basis of diversity.
My next three options are Columbia, Wharton and MIT. Do you think I may have a chance at these schools ?
