You might also consider Ryerson, Manitoba and University of Calgary. All three solidly in Canada's top 10 and seem to be in line with your profile characteristics.

Yeah I have seen them as well but is it advisable to aim for those universities considering my profile? Are my chances good? Is there anything I can do to polish my profile?

Ideally you would hit the upper range of your GMAT score target, but overall you seem to have a profile which would work at these schools. A good GPA and three years of progressively responsible work experience is a good foundation, which you have (remember they will count your work experience all the way to matriculation).
