Congrats on your R1 acceptances! Must be a huge weight off your shoulders :D I applaud you for going after HBS in R2 - we always support candidates in going after the best school they can get in to. It's a little extra effort now, but it'll all pay off in the long run! As far as discussing your current situation, HBS won't care. Their used to it as most of their admits have offers elsewhere. HBS won't care. I would avoid doing this. Also, it won't really matter. Every school has a different process to evaluate candidates and just because you got admitted to these schools does not mean you will meet their criteria. I would still apply. Good luck!
