What would be considered as a strong GPA? Does schools look at your GPA more during your last two years and what you got in your major or do they care more about the overall GPA throughout the four years?

There's no single answer to the question of "What's a strong GPA?" It really depends. But adcomms definitely prefer to see that your GPA got better over time (or stayed constant), rather than got worse. They probably give more weight to your overall GPA than to your major GPA.

In general, any time you ask yourself, "Do adcomms look at one specific thing, or at the whole thing?" the answer is almost always the whole thing!
