Unfortunately, that's far too little information about you for me to be able to give you a meaningful answer. What kind of projects have you worked on? What leadership roles have you taken on at work? What is your working style? What things have you done outside of work that an admissions committee would find interesting? Why do you want an MBA?
Having said that, 3.2 GPA wouldn't keep you out of the top schools. I expect that your bigger challenge will be differentiating yourself from the thousands of other applicants with very similar backgrounds (India, engineering, IT, etc.).
Good luck,

Hey Scott,
Thanks a ton for ur reply.
<Why MBA?>
I've got entrepreneurial ambitions. So I feel an MBA will help me in finetuning myself as a leader, besides providing me with the oppurtunity to interact with ppl who have similar aspirations.
<Apart from acads>
I've got very few sports/culturals certies. I've got varied interests though. I can form an opinion on most topics. Have won a couple of awards at my workplace.
<Diferentiating myself from the majority>
This, I know is a huge challenge. Will it help if a try to acquire a part-time diploma in finance or something like that?
Regards
Aspirant.
