Greatlakes is a good business school. And if you are based in India after ISB and IIM's Greatlakes is one of the reputed B-Schools in India. Salary and placements depends on individual's profile. But the average salary of Greatlakes is approx. Rs. 12 lacs.

Can you please tell me what does the companies look for in a student when they come for recruitment in the mba college? i have an experience of 13 months. Would this experience be of any consideration. How would the great lakes pgdm- 2 year would be as it is has recently started ?

Hi surbhi213,

Greatlakes is one of the best business school in India after ISB and IIM's. Your work experience is good enough if you are targeting for PGDM programme. As the minimum work experience for PGDM programme is 7 months so having 13 months of work experience is definitely good to go. Recruiting companies look for the domain knowledge, diversity in profile, how active you are in B-School clubs and previous work experience.
