Hi Team,

Haskayne's average Salary mentioned in the employment report - $94264 is higher than even Rotman and Schulich...

Can we draw any inference based on this? Is Haskayne program better than the above mentioned programs in terms of Post MBA salary?

Thanks.

Hi Team,
Thanks for reaching out. There are so many aspects of what makes one program better than another that I don't think you can make this global statement just from this information. Certainly I think all these programs are highly rated in Canada and internationally. Here's a link to some rankings for Canadian programs: http://www.eduniversal-ranking.com/busi ... anada.html
I think you look at these overall rankings to get a broad sense of the caliber of the program and then you have to do your own research about what YOU are particularly interested in. For example one program could be the best for RE, but if you don't want to do RE then it is not really a driver in the decision. So while salary is certainly important- having connections in your target industry, helping career changers if that is you, etc- all these things matter- more or less- depending on your own preferences and interests. And there is really no substitute for drilling down to each school to see how they measure up on the things that matter most to you.
