Is it possible to add "save search" ?

Thank you for the suggestion - my immediate advice would be to bookmark it in your browser under a folder. Let me know if not possible or convenient for some reason.

Hi bb,
How about introducing a mini quiz every day.
The mini quiz could be a collection of few tricky DS PS and verbal questions and this could serve as a practice session for the preparation.
The quiz could be categorized into levels based on the level of questions contained in it.

Thanks

Thank you for the suggestion. Do you mean something different from the Daily Workbook Questions?
(I assume you get those already)

Hello bb
Yes, different from the daily workbook questions. The idea is to have a quiz which is timed but contains questions in a mini questionnaire package. To practice a full test, one has to devote 4 or atleast 3 long hours (if AWA and IR are skipped). We may not have that much time everyday to devote. In such scenarios, a mini practice session of 1 hour or 2 hours would help generously. Also, if such quiz gets categorized on levels of difficulty, one can easily push self to practice questions where more efforts are needed.

That was the general idea !!

I joined GC a couple of years ago when i was not really aware of what it was and I used my personal email-id to register. Two years later i still get email notifications and since it is my personal id sometimes i skip the mails/don't read them and keep the mails unread for a long time. I don't want to stop the email notifications as i still find them useful

Now i think it would be great if we can provide an alternate email id to which our email notifications can be routed/ have one account with different mail-ids so that we can opt another mail id for notifications . Anyway this is possible??

Hey i'm not an IT/tech guy so i don't know if this suggestion is feasible. I just wana know if this can be done

Hi. You can have 1 email address associated with your GMAT Club account. You can route all of your notifications there (dedicated to GMAT Club updates). If you want, you can also forward them to another email address through gmail or by creating a rule in outlook. However, it is not possible to associate more than 1 email address with the same gmat club account. Sorry :(

We used to have this functionality that allowed editing PM's in the past. However, it was removed a number of years ago (inadvertently) - you used to be able to edit PM's. We no longer offer it but if the PM is not read yet, you can delete it as a sender (same was with edit PM option - you could edit it until it was read). So now, you can delete an unread PM and resend a new version. Keep in mind, however, we send a PM notification with the text of the PM in the body of the email, so you won't be able to edit or delete that part.

We no longer offer it

Any reason as to why? I think it'd be great if you could edit but again I'm sure there'd be a valid reason as to why there was a change

Regards,
HK

P.S - I just PM'ed you BB and thought it'd be nicer if I could edit some parts, I haven't really noticed i couldn't edit up until today

i have not read it yet, so you can delete and resend.... if it is important enough but since you cant really edit email, I did not know how important it was (nobody has asked it before or mentioned it).

Hello BB,

It's 2.30 am in India and I may not make sense( too sleepy :P) but would it be cool if we could get our own email address? i.e GC having it's own email id

Instead of registering with yahoo/gmail/hotmail we could choose our unique user name and that'd be it.

My email id - hatakekakashi@gmatclub.com
Yours - bb@gmatclub.com

This way we needn't or rather I needn't keep track of my personal mail.

If this feature is not practical for previous users, would it be feasible for users in the near future? All my updates/gc notifications would be redirected to this mail address as it's my registered email id.

Instead of PM'ing someone to get their email id, you can may be shoot a mail and say hey i've mailed you kindly check your email etc

It's just a thought that i have let me know what you think as well unless it is too stupid :D

Hello bb,

Hope you are having a good time!

Currently the tags associated with a question are given just on the page where we select the question. The tags aren't present on the actual question's thread page.
While reviewing my wrong/tricky GMATPrep CAT questions -- since no official solutions are given -- I find it difficult to categorise many of them.

For example I may have got a SC question wrong that tested parallelism, diction and construction concepts. But I am unable to figure out just by having a look at the question. If we could see the tags on the question's thread page just below the question it would be a great help.

P.S. If this a feasible request then it would be better to hide the tags somehow so that one doesn't remain concious of the concept being tested while solving the questions.

I hope this feature gets added as it would be a life saver for me -- and maybe for many people.

Please think on it.

Hello bb,

Actually, I asked a dumb question. The functionality is already present and I seem to have somehow overlooked it.

Thank you for the quick reply.
