Hi , I am an Indian male , going into my final year of college pursuing a B.E in Electronics and Communication engineering and M.Sc in Mathematics along with a minor in Finance at a top engineering school in India.
**** I have a 750 GMAT , and a 8.2/10 CGPA. ****
Background
***Work experience:***
Internships at
* JPMS R&A BANKING (extended internship for 11 months)
* Summer internship as a business development intern at an ed- tech startup
Extracurriculars
*President of the Maths association at college
*Founder and director of a club promoting political amnesty and human rights.
* Writer for the Economics Assocation's Website at college
*First author of a literture review paper, under the purview of a professor from a top Medical Institute in India.
I would really appreciate feedback and suggestions as to how I can improve my candidacy for the HBS 2+2 program and other deferred admission programs.

You have many great things going for you as for the HBS 2+2 program.
Given that you have a year left before you apply, give or take, I would focus on leaning even more into your extracurricular activities. I don't have the extent of your accomplishments within those roles you have had/hold, so the best advice is to keep doing good things there so you can beef those up. ECs tend to matter as much if not more than internships because internships are recognized as hard to obtain and not a great representation of professional experience as that which you could get in a full-time role.
Other than that, make sure you get to know the school well and draft a really smart essay that captures your profile to date and how an MBA (on a deferred basis) would help you achieve your short- and long-term goals.

Thank you for sharing your profile. Starting with the stats, your undergrad GPA is good, and you have a solid GMAT score. So, this part is pretty sorted. In terms of work, your internship experiences must reflect your leadership abilities. Your Ed-Tech startup internship has a social component that you may use to demonstrate influence if you can share some stories about how you contributed to the same. In regards to your ECs, they are good. AdComs are interested to know various elements of your personality. As a result, you may share your experience and how it has impacted your life (even if in a tiny way). You can take a look at what business schools look in the candidate for deferred MBA programs. Business Schools, especially for deferred MBA programs, aspire to create future leaders, so the potential must be visible in their students already!
Overall you have a good profile. Try to bring more impact to your profile, especially social impact. Work on your EC part. You will need to present examples that demonstrate the values of a specific business school and craft a strong narrative.
