Hi all,
I'm planning to apply to the HBS 2+2 program and wanted to have a profile evaluation. Here's my profile -
Demographic - Female, International student in the UK (University of Manchester)
Current GPA - 4.0
GMAT - Haven't taken yet but target is 750
Internships and extras
* Business intern google
* Year long internship at one of the Virgin Group companies
* Started a pro-bono marketing agency on campus

1. Impact Advisory and Marketing Intern at a small firm: Worked on strategic partnerships , marketing and impact consulting for 3 national level large scale projects in the education and venture capital sectors.
2. Business Development Intern for a month old startup aimed at selling authentic food products from across India: build business strategies in the initial stages of the business, including Public Relations strategy targeting 5000+ people
* school, major, GPA: Shri Ram College of Commerce: the Top 1 school in India; Business Administration and commerce; 8.9/10 (not very high)
* test scores, GMAT or GRE: None. I expect to score a 750+ but I don't know yet.
* language test scores: None

1. Represented India at the World Water Race 2019 , where the team was adjudged the Grand Prize Winner out of over 120 teams from all across the world (won the competition for the first time since the inception of Enactus SRCC in 2007).
2. Won the World Trade Centre Award for Innovation and Impact among 1200+ projects worldwide presented by Ford Motors.
3. Presented to an audience of 3,000 student, academic, and business leaders at the Enactus World Cup, held at Silicon Valley.
4. Winner of the 77-Second Film Festival for Action and Impact, with projects from 35+ countries.
5. Part of the inaugural YOUNGA Youth Delegation in collaboration with the United Nations to co-create solutions for the world

1. Director: Organizational Development, Project Virasat| Enactus SRCC (2019-present) . Enactus is an international organization present in 37 countries in over 1700 universities. Members apply business concepts to empower people.
-Leading a 70-member team at Enactus, handling Human Resource, Technical work, Project work, Public Relations and Organisational Efficiency.
-Mentored 35 members through rigorous training (weekly sessions, workshops, discussions), thus increasing the achievement count by 200% over last year.
-Instituted the brand P-TAL (Punjabi Thathera Art Legacy ) in an effort to revive the only UNESCO recognised craft from India, of handcrafting copper and brass utensils by mobilizing 42 artisan families and increasing their monthly incomes by 600% by curating 86 new designs and creating market linkages.
-Reached 10,000+ customers, generated annual sales of Rs. 1.27 crores by collaborations with 16 retail outlets in 7 states; catered to orders in 18 countries.
2. Head Convenor | Social Entrepreneurship Introduction Programme 2020 (2019-2020)
-Instituted a 2 week program to introduce the fundamentals of social entrepreneurship which included speakers sessions, team case studies and modules.
-The programme witnessed over 1500 registrations from 4 countries out of which 270 students were further shortlisted for the programme.
3. Chief Coordinator | C2P Social Entrepreneurship Summit 2020 (2019-2020)
-Stimulated a social business plan competition which saw the participation of over 200 teams all across India and raised funding worth Rs.1,00,000
-Led a 7 member team to design and conduct the first virtual edition of the event in partnership with Campus Community Partnership Foundation
* all community involvement:
-2 social entrepreneurship projects:
1. Set up 9 community water filtration plants across 3 states to provide clean drinking water to urban slums and rural households at a mere price of Rs. 4 for 20 liters , giving access to potable water to 26,000+ individuals , and creating employment for 24 women
2. Connected 70+ farmers directly to the consumers by setting up 18+ spot markets every week in complexes of Gurgaon and Delhi.
Other volunteer activities
-Managed an event for Akshay Patra to commemorate 3 billion meals , attended by the Prime Minister of India as chief guest.
-Volunteered at Rang Badlav Ke in association with Kailash Satyarthi Children's Foundation to beautify 3000+ walls
-As a member of the Women Empowerment Wing at National Service Scheme, initiated and conducted sessions on menstrual hygiene in public schools
* goals: I wish to work in the social entrepreneurship sector, with a focus on waste management projects.
* unique background factors: I come from middle income family, and I will be the first in my extended family to pursue a Masters degree.

Completed CS50x , an introduction to the art of programming by Harvard University in languages of C, C++ and Python.
* your best guess at what you will discuss in your main essay: my journey from focusing on charity/philanthropy to driving change through social entrepreneurship
Questions:
1) I will be applying to a deferred MBA program. Given the lack of "big names" under my internship experience and lack of experience in the waste management sector (which is my post-mba vision), do I have a shot at HBS 2+2?
2) What can I work on to improve my deferred MBA application, given that I still have 4-5 months left?
