Thank you for responding.

If you're undergard was in the UK, I guess the medium of instruction would have been english. In such a case, I think you do not even have to submit an english proficiency test score.

My under graduation was in India and Masters was in UK. HBS specifies that when UG is in a english medium university and Masters in a english speaking country then "it is advised to submit the English score"

I agree that if they mention Toefl ibt score 109 and Ielts score 7.5 as cut off then applying with a Ielts score of 8 is better, but does it hurt to share the Toefl ibt score of 108?

I wouldn't risk it. Retake the TOEFL, it really isn't a hard test. Most schools don't give much weight to it unless you are below their cutoff, that raises a huge red flag that you might not have a good enough grasp of the english language to handle their workload.

This is HBS, they could cut you for any minor detail, don't let the TOEFL be that detail.

Hi there! I would try to get at least 112 points to apply! I have seen great profiles not invited for interview that applied with 109.... Put some extra effort and go for those extra points... it should be easy to accomplish

Why don't you write to the Adcom? They are the ones who will be able to give you a clear Idea.
Having said that It never hurts to retake and get better score.

Hbs mentions minimum toefl score as 109 and ielts as 7.5

I did my graduation from UK, and I have a toefl score of 108(speaking is 23 writing 27) and ielts score of 8(speaking 8 and writing 6, rest are above 8.5)

Can anyone suggest if it will be sufficient to submit both toefl and ielts scores or is the toefl score not recommended because it is 108?
